Did you know that the body stores emotional trauma? Through a unique Christian protocol called Splankna, such trauma can easily be tended to and released, even without having to talk through painful past events. This is a prayerful process that combines Scripture and science.

Our Soul Care workshops cover a variety of topics, with the goal of helping you understand your own story, grow in emotional and physical health, and develop tools for understanding the Bible and grow closer to God through the process.

What is Splankna?
Splankna is a Christian mind-body protocol for releasing stored emotions.
The body stores emotional trauma. Splankna combines respected scientific energy techniques with biblically centered principles including confession, repentance, and forgiveness, to assist with the release of trauma emotions.
